📦 Return Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you by email
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

⚠️ Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, some items (like facial tools used on skin) may not be returnable if opened or used — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
